Installation

1. I have completed the online form, so why did I not receive an email?
• You may have entered your email address incorrectly. Complete the online form again.
• Your email service may be blocking the response or marking it as spam. Check your email client or contact your email provider.


2. The setup program completed successfully, so why doesn't SpotShadow start when I click it?
• You may not have the latest version of Java installed. Go here and download the lastest Java JRE.

Usage

1. Why doesn't my search list any matching hotspots?
• The search will only accept a City OR Zip/Postal Code.
• Make sure you have correctly inputted the name or number.


2. How do I sort the results?
• Click on the column header by which you want to sort the results.
• Set a secondary search column by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on another column.

Errors, Bugs, and Enhancements

1. There is a bug in SpotShadow and I want it fixed. How do I report bugs?
• Please report it to us.


2. I think SpotShadow would be better if it did what I wanted. How do I suggest enhancements?
